About Erupt!
Erupt Art is a social change art machinery that engages Artists to create for change, primarily through our signature annual competition. Creatives produce art that inspires, and we in turn directly fund grassroots impact via partner organizations. Erupt Art is a registered corporation under the laws of the United States of America.
Erupt Art Inc., therefore, carries out all administrative functions regarding this Website / App and reserves all rights as the legal and sole owner of Erupt.
Information you provide to us
We collect the information you provide directly to us when you create an account or profile, sign up for the services provided on the website, use interactive features of our services, make registration payment before submitting your entries, request support, or otherwise communicate with us directly. The type of information we may collect from you includes your name, email address, phone number, demographic information, location, a brief description of yourself, and any other information you choose to provide.
When you make payment to submit your entries, or make donations we will collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type, and card number in order to process your payment. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor.

- Develop, operate, and improve our services;
- Facilitate the competition, process and deliver entries and prizes;
- Monitor and analyze usage and activities in connection with the website/App;

Registration
To use the Erupt Website / App, you must register and create an account. Eligibility to create an account is not age restrictive. Participants of all ages are welcome to register. When you set up your account, you will be required to create log-in credentials by providing certain types of personal information. Every participant after registration would have a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile
You will be responsible for payment of the applicable fee at the time you create your account. The fee is non-refundable. No contract will exist between you and Erupt for the services until Erupt accepts your order by a confirmatory email, text message, via the App, or other appropriate means of communication.
In registering, you agree (1) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form; (2) to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials, and are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your Login Credentials. We reserve the right to terminate any profile which we reasonably determine may have been used by an unauthorized third party. You agree not to account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself.
If you decide to register, you will be able to select the kind of information you want to receive from us by subscribing to various services, like our electronic newsletters. If you do not want us to communicate with you about other programs regarding Street Priests Inc. by email or telephone, you may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive promotional messages from Street Priests. Please note that we may also continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, notifications and periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
Licenses & Restrictions
Subject to the terms and conditions herein,Erupt Art Inc. grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-transferable license to use the App on either (i) any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch that you own or control, or (ii) any Android-enabled mobile device you own or control. With respect to any App accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Chrome Web Store, Google Play marketplace or any similar store or marketplace, you agree to comply with all applicable third party terms of the relevant App Store.
